Oz.... here we come!
So here's the plan, instead of me sending mass emails and most likely consistently forgetting some very important email addresses, I am blogging it. Forgive me if it's a little lame at times (I'm new to this technological wonder), it will get better! Please spread the news to anyone you think might be interested in my travels, or anyone who is just looking for time to kill.
I leave Toronto tomorrow around 3 pm and meet up with my travel buddy (the wonderful Mel :)) in Vancouver. We'll spend an hour or so soaking up Honolulu during a brief stop then get into Sydney around 6.30 am, that time!
A few helpful hints, if you don't know what time it will be where ever I am and care to know go to www.timeanddate.com , (I'm still having issues with the massive time change thing).
And finally before I end my virgin blogging experience, if you want a postcard... email me your address! (sara_a_booth@hotmail.com).
See ya on the flip side,
Sara

wow...from Toronto to Honolulu to Sydney...portal to the Land Down-Under...amazing North-South Hemisphere migration~! Wonder if any other species (with lots of fat supply!) do the same? Enjoy thyself!
Hi
You're finally down-under - heard from your Dad that the plane arrived. It's the morning and a whole day of adventure ahead.

Hey Sara!!!
It's gonna be strange not having you here for the summer, but I mean come on, it's Australia, how can you not go? So have an amazing time, I'm expecting some crazy stories when you get back!
Hey Boothie!
Hope your enjoying the new hemisphere... and winter... :( we had a hail storm last night... imagine that HAIL in BRISBANE!!! There was a nice layer of what looked like snow last night, then it all melted and its 20 degrees or more!!!
We totally live in the wrong hemisphere at home!!!
See ya (hopefully soon!!!)
Danielle
Hi Sara.
We are following your adventures with great interest. Sounds like you are having a wonderful time. John and I are busy with 'Sumac' and the garden. Our spring has been cool but beautiful - the lilacs are just coming out. Sounds like the Antipodies should be on our list of places to visit.
Take care NL@J
