It has finally arrived! The long awaited cheese. Despite the fact I had to go to the office on Universite (it really isn't that far anyways and it was warm today) and the cheese is warm and thus discoloured, I am a happy camper. Not all of you may be as excited as me but hey... to each his own. My collection includes, Brie, Old Gouda, Jalapeno Havarti, Parmisan, Stilton Blue, Bocconcini, Herb & Garlic Goatcheese and some nice mild spreadable vegetable stuff. Hopefully it will be back to its full vigor after a recooling.
N.B. please excuse the state of the stove top. I maintain that the black bits on the front two burners are from years of wear and tear, NOT large chunks of burnt food.
